The queen’s head (?) It’s the most popular attraction of them all in this geopark. People had to queue up to take photos with it!

Well for me, I just stood afar and made some silly poses ^_^

There were many tourists in this geopark that it wasn’t a very enjoyable experience. But yes, at least I got to see many sceneries and natural rock formations that Singapore doesn’t have.

Us + our super informative driver/tour guide! He’s really nice and friendly, wouldn’t mind him bringing us around again :)

Doesn’t this remind you of the tunnel of spirited away? The whole time this whole place just reminds me of japanese towns that you see in animes. Prob because tw was ruled by them once during the japanese occupation..

Kettle-without-handle mountain haha

Really beautiful town, Idk what part it is tho, but I took this from the Japanese crown prince’s “chalet” in the Jin Shan museum!

Went Jiufen for our dinner!!!

DSC00846TO DIE FOR: PEANUT ICE CREAM!
We bought two because it was really too good. Those brown stuff are actually shaven peanut candy and then cilantro is added as well!

DSC00853

DSC00858This are yam balls! It’s pretty popular so everyone should try their “or ni” out! Comes in green bean or red bean soup base~

After dinner we went to Shifen to release lanterns with our wishes on the train tracks! But I guess this is getting too commercialised that the people who work there just wants your money hahaha
